With more than 1,200 of our member credit unions branches utilizing our Virtual Item Processing (VIP) Software, staff changes and responsibilities are likely to occur within your organization. This training session is designed to ensure that your staff is adequately trained on the processes and procedures for working with the VIP system. The learning objectives will include:

  • VIP Documentation
  • Scanner Operations
  • Processing Batches Successfully
  • Teller Operations Module
  • Resolving Errors
  • Searching for Scanned Items
 

Cancellation Policy: No charge for substitutions. Members United reserves the right to cancel the session due to lack of participation. Advance notice will be given if the workshop is cancelled.
